Dante’s Loyalty To Sonny
In the upcoming episode of General Hospital, Martin will bring positive news to Alexis at Pentonville. He will inform her that she could be released by the end of the day and update her on the gun found at the PCPD. Next, Anna will suspect this is the gun Alexis claimed would prove her innocence and will have it tested. This situation might increase the pressure on Sonny, as Anna will need to shift her attention to another suspect.
She will summon Carly to question her alibi and ask if she wants to revise her statement about the night Agent Cates was killed. Elsewhere, Dante will check in with Kristina, asking if she fully trusts Sonny to handle what he’s asked her to do. Since Kristina almost revealed too much to the police again, Dante may encourage her to let Sonny handle the situation himself.
In the preview, Sonny yells that Cates had to be stopped and remains unapologetic about taking drastic measures. Regardless, Sonny will face a major decision, and he might still go ahead with his confession plan. He will especially do it if the cops keep pressing Carly and Kristina about that night.
There’s also a chance the police will question the gun that conveniently appeared to clear Alexis’ name. It could seem too perfect and lead to doubts about whether it’s really the gun Alexis got rid of that night. Either way, the investigation is far from over, so Sonny will need to decide his next move.

Portia Fears Exposure
Meanwhile, Brad will strike up a friendship with Cody and find it surprisingly easy to confide in him. Cody will listen to Brad’s issues and may offer useful advice about Lucas and the drama surrounding Portia at GH. Someone will approach Elizabeth about a subpoena the hospital received related to Heather.
When Portia learns about it, she may worry that all this investigation could expose her role in tampering with Heather’s lab results. Lastly, Ava will get a surprise visit and ask if there’s a particular reason for it. Lucas hasn’t seen Ava since he returned to Port Charles, so he might show up for a tense confrontation.
However, this person could also be someone else. Either way, Ava won’t be happy with how this uncomfortable visit unfolds, so we’ll keep an eye on the drama.
