Days of Our Lives’ Brandon Barash Dodges an ‘Easy and Basic Trap’: ‘I Just Won’t Do It’

On October 4, Days of Our Lives’ Brandon Barash (Stefan) marked a birthday milestone and when it came to celebrating, he went all out. The soap actor took to Instagram to post 10 photos of his trip to Belize with his wife Isabella and some of their friends.

“What a 45th birthday!” Barash cheered then went on to say how he “forged new friendships” and “fostered some older ones.” And when it comes to funny dad jokes, well, he was careful about falling into that trap. “I’d make a terrible, punny dad joke here, but I’m not going to fall into that easy and basic trap. Belize it or not, I just won’t do it.” He continued by thanking everyone at the Muy’Ono Resorts for making the trip so “epic. See you next time.”

The photos that documented his birthday celebrations began with one of the couple, as Barash showed off his abs, followed by one with some friends, including castmates Leo Howard (Tate) and Carson Boatman (Johnny), who turned 30 back in February. There were other group shots, solo shots and a sweet pic of the actor and Isabella, plus a few of the beautiful scenery in Belize.

Fans and daytime friends jumped into the comments to wish the actor a happy birthday, including Brandon Beemer (Shawn) and Greg Rikaart (Leo) and we too send Barash a belated one as well!
