Fans may recall that Nancy and Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) conceived Joy many years ago to save her older sister, Chloe Lane‘s (Nadia Bjorlin) life. Joy Wesley was a bone marrow match for her sibling when she was an infant.
Further, everything worked out for the Wesleys at that time. However, more recently, on DOOL, Nancy and Craig Wesley divorced after he came out as gay. Plus, Chloe moved to New York to be near her son, Parker Jonas and started a new relationship with Philip Kiriaikis (John-Paul Lavoisier). Meanwhile, Joy continued to finish her education off the canvas.
