DOOL spoilers divulge that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) believes his affair with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will be exposed. He pretended to be screwing around with her as part of a ruse to cover up that they ran drugs for Clyde Weston (James Read). But then Stefan did sleep with Ava.
Later, he discovered paperwork in the wall safe and used little Jude’s (Oliver McLarty) DNA results as leverage to free Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jiminez). But EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) knew his brother slept with Ava. So Stefan got his wife freed with blackmail and new evidence. He promised EJ he wouldn’t rat him out about the baby on Days of our Lives.
