In the upcoming episodes, while Fiona is driving a drunk and passed out Brady Black home, she takes her eyes off the road for a second and causes a scary accident.

Chances are, that she’ll freak over what she just did and flee the accident site without helping the victim, turning it into a hit-and-run. Later, she’ll cross paths with a tense Xander, who’ll be out looking for Sarah. The DOOL spoilers reveal that eventually, Xander will find Sarah, but in a condition he never expected to see her in.

Sarah will be found injured and unconscious. Xandre will most certainly rush her to the hospital. But will she be able to pull through? Moreover, what caused her injuries? Could it be that Sarah is the person Fiona hit with her car and drove away? It does seem very likely. What will happen when Xander learns the truth?
