EJ DiMera is currently very down on Days of Our Lives, however, one should never count this troublemaker out! There is no end to this pot-stirrer’s troublemaking skills. Although his love life has been a bit of a stinker off-late, with Nicole b*tchslapping him and walking out on him. But, it seems the character is gearing up for an all-new storyline pretty fast!
Dan Feuerriegel recently took to his social media to put up a poll for his fans, and asked them what they think he’s filming for next. The options were – EJ gets possessed, Discover I have an evil twin, Make sweet, sweet love, and the clear winner “Get slapped for being a menace,” which got 52 percent votes.
Well, we can see why fans would pick the option. Marlena slapped him right across the face just a few episodes ago. Eric too, decked him soon after. Besides, EJ’s troublemaking tendencies will ensure that a few episodes down the line he would have irked many more key players in Salem enough to want to take a dig at him.
However, fortunately for him, that’s not what’s coming up next. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in the upcoming episodes, he’ll cross paths with his recently resurrected sister-in-law – Abigail DiMera. Interestingly, she was also his lover, about a decade ago, for a short period of time. Even more interestingly, when they do cross paths, she’ll recall their affair.
Much to Chad’s dismay, she won’t be able to recall their marriage. But then, coming back to life with a new face is something she has in common with EJ and not Chad. So, we can see the connection there. That is if it really is Abigail. But hey, even if she is not, there is no reason why she can’t be at the center of a nice messy little love triangle with the brother DiMera!
