DOOL spoilers report that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) have a romantic evening in store soon. The newlyweds have been through the wringer this year. First, their wedding day was not what they expected when they had an impromptu wedding at Salem’s University Hospital ahead of Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) cancer treatment.
Then, Johnny and Chanel’s honeymoon was cut short when she got lost in the Spring blizzard. Her mom left quarantine at the medical facility to rescue her. Of course, this led to all new drama on Days of our Lives when Johnny and his bride learned that she was expecting their first child together. Johnny DiMera was angered that Chanel Dupree and their unborn child were exposed to radioactive material.
Sadly, the couple miscarried on DOOL. The silver lining was that the loss had nothing to do with the radiation poisoning. Chanel and Johnny took some time to heal and regroup, even contemplating a move to LA. But things are back on track now for the two.
