Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, October 7: Abby’s Trip Pitch, Leo Spills to Thomas & Charlotte, EJ’s Future at Stake
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, October 7, reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will fight for his job.
Now that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) has surrendered to EJ’s lawsuit threat, he’s signed an affidavit declaring that any accusations he made against EJ were patently false.
EJ will hope to use that to his advantage and convince Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) that he should continue serving as Salem’s district attorney.
Paulina may still have her doubts, but EJ will make some daring moves and big promises as part of his pitch.
At the hospital on Monday’s DOOL episode, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) will react to Stefan’s news.
Stefan just stopped by with updates since he spoke to his lawyer and is filing for divorce.
Although Gabi is trying to pretend she doesn’t care about Stefan anymore, she clearly still loves him and wishes things were different.
That’s evident since Gabi had a dream where Stefan begged her to take him back.
Part of Gabi wants a plea like that from Stefan and might say yes if he gave her one.
Alas, Days viewers know Stefan is pushing for a divorce instead, so Gabi may insist that’s for the best – even if she doesn’t really think so.
While Gabi and Stefan presumably come to a mutual understanding about the end of their marriage, “Abigail DiMera” (AnnaLynne McCord) will have to think fast with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
Since Chad wants to tell the kids about “Abigail” surviving and coming home to Salem, Days spoilers say she’ll try to protest.
“Abigail” may push for a little more time to hopefully get her memory back and make her reunion with the children more satisfying.
Chad won’t think it’s wise to wait since someone else could tell Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron) about “Abby’s” homecoming if he doesn’t explain first.
However, “Abigail” may distract Chad when she brings up the idea of taking a trip together.
Perhaps “Abby” will suggest that her memory might be jogged in Paris since she spent a great deal of time there with Chad.
Of course, this “Abigail” is a fraud and never spent time with Chad in Paris at all, but that won’t stop her from spinning her web of deception and hoping it pays off.
Unfortunately, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and his big mouth could be a problem.
Chad mentioned that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) took the kids to Sweet Bits, so it looks like Leo may run into them all in the town square.
Days fans can expect Leo to make a blunder in front of Thomas, Charlotte and Julie.
We’ll see a slipup of some sort, so Leo may hint about Abigail being alive and leave the kids confused.
Julie might be forced to jump in and offer an explanation, but what exactly will she tell Charlotte and Thomas?
