Days of Our Lives Week of October 14: Chad & Abby’s Reception Goes Wrong, Steve’s Scheme and Xander Blasts Fiona
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of October 14-18 reveal that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will carry out a scheme to prove “Abigail DiMera” (AnnaLynne McCord) is a fraud – and time will be of the essence since her wedding to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be rapidly approaching.
JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will return to Salem and officiate that wedding, but he may have some reservations about trusting his “sister” deep down!
Later, JJ and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will do some commiserating about “Abigail,” but he might listen to her troubles regarding Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), too.
As for Chad and Abigail’s nuptials, it looks like they’ll successfully exchange vows and complete the ceremony.
It’s the wedding reception that’ll come with some twists and end on an unpleasant note.
Will that be due to Steve’s efforts to prove “Abby” is an imposter? Could this be about Mark Greene’s (Jonah Robinson) orders to wipe Chad off the map instead?
Other Days spoilers say Eric will team up with Brady as they try to nail down the truth about the night of Sarah Kiraikis’ (Linsey Godfrey) accident.
Once Eric spills his theory about Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas), Brady could easily experience some memory flashes and recall that Fiona was indeed behind the wheel.
As for Xander, he’ll launch a major confrontation with Fiona about her actions regarding Sarah. It sounds like Xander will get updates from Eric or Brady and start hurling accusations at Fiona about mowing down his wife!
Afterward, Days spoilers say Sarah and Xander will work to convince EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) that he has to let Brady walk free.
This will be about more than the serum since Xander and Sarah should realize Brady is genuinely innocent by then.
Next, DOOL fans can expect Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) to do a little bonding with Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz) at The Bistro.
It looks like Sophia will be disappointed over her stalled progress with Tate Black (Leo Howard), but Ava will offer a pep talk.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will finally gather his thoughts and get ready to blast Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) about the cheating he believes he witnessed.
Johnny walked in on Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) having a very real love scene with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) at the hospital, but he assumed it was Chanel under her Body & Soul partner.
Once Johnny confronts Chanel, you can bet she’ll deny that anything scandalous happened.
Johnny might accuse Chanel of lying and make things worse, so she may finally decide she’s had enough of his crazy jealousy.
Chanel can prove she was getting treated by Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) at the time, but she may argue that she shouldn’t have to provide evidence.
Since Johnny doesn’t trust Chanel, she may fear this could mean terrible news for their marriage.
As for Stephanie and Alex, they’ll eventually realize it was a big blunder to surrender to passion like that.
Alex and Stephanie may worry they moved too fast and feel like it was a mistake to jeopardize their friendship.
At some point, Stephanie and Alex may also find out about the misunderstanding that led to drama in Johnny’s relationship, so that could give them another reason to feel guilty!
