Days of Our Lives Preview: At Last! The Truth about Jude Is Revealed — Plus, It’s Bill Hayes’ Final Episode as Doug

In a Days of Our Lives for July 8 – 12, it’s the end of an era for the former NBC, now Peacock soap opera. Read what happens and watch the preview below.
Last week, Bobby taunted Jada that he could help her solve a murder. Well, coming up, Jada tells Bobby that they know who killed Li. Bobby smugly says, “No, you don’t.” The audience already knows from flashbacks it was Connie who killed Li, but how does Bobby know this?
At her press conference upon her exoneration of killing Li, Gabi reveals that EJ is not Jude’s father and that Eric is! Nicole turns to EJ and asks, “Is this true?” When he is silent, she screams, “Say something!”
Elsewhere in Salem, Jack is stunned when Chad reveals he wants to exhume Abigail’s body. In the next scene, they watch as her casket is dug up. This could prove Clyde’s claim that Abigail is alive, but only if the casket is empty!
As the holiday winds down, Marlena and Leo watch the fireworks, or at least something explosive, on TV. Gabi’s press conference? Over to the park, Tate begs a shirtless Alex not to tell his mother about this. Alex has apparently discovered Holly and Tate have been secretly seeing one another.
The promo quickly flashes back to Nicole, who calls EJ a bastard for knowing the truth. EJ later loses it and throws glasses at the DiMera mansion, while Nicole stops Eric at the airport as he’s about to leave Salem. She tells him that Jude is his son.
Finally, get those tissues ready, as next week marks Bill Hayes’ final episode as Doug Williams.
