Alison Sweeney Reprises Role as Sami Brady
The Days of Our Lives Comings and Goings revealed Sweeney was thrilled to be invited back. She added, “I love playing Sami, and I am always happy for the chance to come back.” Sweeney played Sami from 1993 until her departure in 2014. Moreover, Alison instantly became a fan-favorite with her dramatic storylines and unforgettable romantic escapades.
She won several awards during her time on the show, including Best Young Actress and Outstanding Villainess multiple times. The show has consistently welcomed her back in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020-21, and 2022. Also, fans have always eagerly anticipated Sweeney’s return to Salem, and this time is no different.
