Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Stefan DiMera’s Next Romance – Sparks Fly Between Him & Fake Abigail

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate some interesting twists and turns on the horizon in the land of Salem. One major storyline that is getting a lot of attention is the mystery woman (AnnaLynne McCord) who is parading around as Abigail DiMera. Fans learned this week that she is not Abby, just someone who is working alongside Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) faking it all, for reasons unknown.

Days spoilers for the week of September 2 note that Fake Abby and Stefan will have more scenes together. Things will be a bit awkward, but as they are living in the same mansion, they’ll likely continue to “run into” one another. While this mystery woman is trying to convince Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) that she’s his once-dead wife, will she find herself gravitating toward his brother?

This is an interesting situation on so many levels. Stefan may be drawn to the Fake Abby as he once had a major crush on Abigail, back in the day. In fact, he seduced Abby while she was suffering from dissociative identity disorder (DID) and took advantage of her mental health situation.

A lot has changed since then, and while it’s water under the bridge (sort of), a lot of negative feelings around the situation linger. Especially since there was a time when everyone thought Charlotte DiMera (Olivia and Oakley Rondou) was not Chad’s daughter, but rather Stefan’s.

Still, the heart wants what the heart wants, and as Stefan is suddenly single, could he and Fake Abby find an attraction between them? This would complicate things for the mystery woman, as she’s on a mission, but considering Abby’s past with Stefan, if the two end up hooking up, could she chalk it up to remembering the chemistry between them and not being able to resist temptation? After all, she doesn’t exactly have the feelings Chad has for her, which she’ll attribute to the memory loss (even though fans know it’s really because she’s not Abigail).

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest a plot twist or two with this Fake Abby storyline, so fans will have to brace themselves for plenty of DiMera family dram on the horizon if this mystery woman and Stefan connect on a deeper level. Not just from Chad, but from Gabi Hernandez-DiMera (Cherie Jimenez), too!
