It’s been nearly two years since we last saw Rory in Port Charles but General Hospital alum Michael Blake Kruse couldn’t be happier these days and had the most exciting news to pass along… By sharing his wife Cara’s post on Instagram, fans jumped for joy in the comments to learn that the couple is expecting their third child together.
“Baby, we can’t wait to meet you in April,” Cara stated while sharing a pic of their two children, daughter Harlow Blake and son Zion Blake, holding a sonogram photo.
Kruse hadn’t posted on social media for almost a year so seeing this announcement was a nice treat. In fact, follower Kim Kendall stated, “OMG! There you are! Congratulations and I’m so happy to see you back on IG!”
And we were as well! The last time we saw Kruse on the ABC soap brought tears to the eyes of many as viewers watched Rory die after being stabbed by The Hook Killer aka Heather. Later, at the hospital, Trina was filled with guilt for not feeling the same way as he did and told Rory how sorry she was. However, Rory didn’t regret telling her how he felt about her, even though it may have been too soon, then took his last breath as he coded in the hallway.
We’d love to see Kruse back in daytime but for now, we send him and his wife our biggest congrats on the news of their upcoming bundle of joy!
