General Hospital Monday, June 24 Recap: Carly’s Arrest Plan Shut Down, Violet Emergency Custody Order

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, June 24, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) drank John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) bottle of bubbly with him and remained cordial despite her secret disdain.

Carly wished John luck with whatever came next since he was wrapping up his mission, so he acted like luck was finally on his side.

Carly muttered about how that wouldn’t be the case for long once she was alone.

Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) showed up next, so he got updates on John’s visit and how infuriating Carly found it.

Although Carly wanted to turn herself in and fix this mess for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Spinelli urged her to think of Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears).

Furthermore, Carly couldn’t undo what had already been done, so Spinelli warned that Jason’s sacrifice would be for nothing if she got herself arrested.

Carly decided she’d make sure the FBI couldn’t use her as leverage instead and vowed that Agent Cates wouldn’t see her coming!

Once Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) came home late to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), he questioned it was work keeping her away or if she was trying to avoid him.

Molly insisted she really was stuck at the office before trying to head for the shower.

TJ stopped Molly so he could apologize for blowing up at her about the surrogacy.

Molly hugged TJ and cried over the possibility that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) really might try to keep their baby.

Although TJ was worried about that too, Molly ultimately decided that they were the ones who went into this looking for parenthood.

TJ thought should have some faith in Kristina, so the mood lightened as he joked around with Molly and made love to her.

Next on Monday’s GH episode, Kristina brought Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) some fresh garlic as a gift and got him excited about using it in a recipe.

When Blaze aka Allison “Allie” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) showed up, Sonny suggested he could whip up dinner for all of them.

After Sonny cooked an Italian meal, he shared some laughs with Natalia, Kristina and Blaze around their table at Pozzulo’s.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) tried to invite herself to join them when she arrived, but Kristina refused to share a table with her.

Kristina flew into a rage about Ava’s backstabbing and how it affected Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Ava decided she’d give Sonny the unbiased version back at the penthouse and left, so Kristina told Sonny her version moments later.

Once Kristina ranted about how Ava cost Alexis her law license, she was sorry about ruining dinner with her outburst.

However, Sonny didn’t blame Kristina and neither did Natalia, who praised her for defending her mother.

At Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) place, he demanded to know where Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) was, but Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) showed up the photos she took and explained the nightmare Violet just went through.

Finn initially acted like this was a wakeup call and that he’d get his act together before picking up Violet.

Tracy warned that wasn’t happening since Finn had to prove he could take care of himself first.

After Finn tried to downplay what happened, Tracy called him out for changing his “wakeup call” story and acting like it was nothing now.

Once Tracy revealed that she’d arranged a spot for Finn at Sky Meadow Lodge, she said there was a 90-day minimum on a rehab stay there.

Finn snapped at Tracy for overstepping and figured out that Violet must be at the Quartermaine mansion.

Although Finn vowed to get the cops involved if anyone stopped him from picking up Violet, Tracy didn’t think they’d be much help once they saw the pics she took.

Finn began trying to bargain with Tracy by suggesting he’d do double meetings and whatever else, but she wouldn’t budge.

If Finn wouldn’t make a commitment to his sobriety, then Tracy would have to use her resources to make sure Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) got custody – temporary or otherwise.

Finn asked why Tracy was doing this to him, but she fired back that this was about Violet and ultimately stormed out.

Once Finn was alone, he looked at a picture of himself with Violet and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) as he cried.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) helped Brook Lynn and Chase play this up to Violet as a fun sleepover.

Violet remained concerned over being separated from Finn, but Lois eventually persuaded her to go upstairs and get ready for bed.

Chase summoned Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who got all the latest Finn news once she arrived.

Diane knew they’d face some legal challenges, but she suggested she could try to preempt Finn and get an emergency custody order.

As Tracy came home, she said they’d also need a restraining order and explained that she wasn’t sure whether she’d gotten through to Finn.

Diane planned to move forward with her plans first thing in the morning, but there were concerns about whether Finn might come for Violet tonight.

General Hospital spoilers say Tracy, Brook Lynn and Chase will keep doing whatever they can to keep Violet safe, so we’ll bring you more predictions on Finn’s outcome.
