General Hospital Comings & Goings: Hamilton Finn Out – Michael Easton Exits!
GH comings and goings report Hamilton Finn is on his way out. Recently, it seemed likely that his exit could be coming due to his spiral into addiction. Since losing his father, Gregory Chase, Finn has been drowning in grief and guilt over the way he treated his dad in the past.
That sent him spiraling back into addiction and while he hasn’t turned to drugs yet, his drinking is wildly out of control. Now, it is at the point where it looks like he will lose custody of his daughter, Violet Finn, to his brother, Harrison Chase, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine.
So, his possible exit made sense and it seemed like everything was leading up to it. Sadly, Michael Easton has confirmed that he just shot his final scenes. So, the character’s exit should be coming in about 6 weeks or so, seeing as that’s how long General Hospital films ahead.
Michael expressed how much he has cherished the last ten years on GH and that he loves his fans and co-workers. He posted a beautiful and touching video. No doubt, many will be sad to see the quirky doctor go. But, we can’t wait to see where the rest of his story takes Finn and those close to him.
GH Casting Updates: Hayden Barnes Returns?
As Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) exits, it makes us wonder if Violet Finn‘s (Jophielle Love) mom, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) could be returning. So far, it’s unclear if Finn will go to rehab or if his life will tragically be cut short.
Either way, there’s a good chance that his exit may lead to Hayden’s return, especially if he dies. Right now, it appears that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and his wife, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), are ready to raise Violet on General Hospital.
But, of course, her mother coming back to raise her would be the best thing for her. Or maybe, she’ll come back just long enough to collect Violet and take her back out of town. Surely, fans would love to see Hayden back on the scene, even if only briefly.

GH casting updates also promise Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is on the way back home to Port Charles. Recently, it came out that a male character is returning and that viewers would be ecstatic. Then, Jonathan Jackson publicly announced that he would be returning to General Hospital as legacy character Lucky Spencer this summer.
No doubt, this will leave many viewers wondering if he is back for his ex-wife, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). No matter where Lucky’s story takes him, everyone is thrilled that he’s returning.
