General Hospital’s Laura Wright Gives a Glimpse Into ‘Lake Life’ With Her ‘Handsome Fella’

We all have our favorite daytime characters and duos but when it comes to off-screen romances, there is one particular couple that comes to mind — and it’s one that we can’t get enough of…
General Hospital’s Laura Wright (Carly) and Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter) have been dating for years. In fact, the stars first met while working on the set of Guiding Light in 2001 but it wasn’t until years later when they went on their first date in 2017. Since then, we’ve enjoyed watching their romance blossom via various photos and videos that the couple shares on social media.
And while the latest one was simply captioned by Wright, “Lake life with the handsome fella,” her castmate, Cameron Mathison (Drew) said what we were thinking, “OMG, the best.”
In the pic, they both smiled for the camera, as Wright lounged beside Ramsey, all cozy under a blanket. Fans loved getting yet another glimpse of the couple during their latest outing and one of their friends, Wendy Horvath, commented, “Lake Life is the best life! See you soon, friends!” to which Wright replied, “Can’t wait.”
Prior to their trip to the lake, last month, Wright and Ramsey went on an adventure to Aspen to spend time with her son John. “Playing in Aspen,” she shared. “My heart is so happy!”

And back in April, they celebrated their first-date anniversary when Ramsey shared, “Time is a gift — when spent with your best friend, it is an adventure; when spent with the love of your life, it becomes magical.” He also urged everyone to “believe in love, discover the mysteries and wonders of life with your person” in the hopes that “you may rediscover yourself along the way.” Of his life with Wright, he added, “What a gift to share your true self with the one you love… lucky seven for this grateful guy… Happy Anniversary to this powerful woman!”
