Lindsay Hartley Returns
As per the latest updates, daytime veteran Lindsay Hartley is back on the soap as Sam. Just last week, viewers saw her step into the role. While Kelly Monaco usually plays the character, Hartley has temporarily replaced her for the fourth time in the past few years. Although her return is brief, fans adore Hartley as Sam.
She is a familiar face to soap fans, having appeared in multiple daytime dramas across the country. Some of her standout roles include Arianna on Days Of Our Lives, Theresa on Passions, and Cara on All My Children. We’re unsure when Monaco will return, but in the meantime, enjoy Hartley’s killer performance as Sam. The actress expressed her gratitude by sharing, “Grateful to be stepping in again,” on her Instagram story.

Hartley first appeared as Sam in 2020, making it natural for her to feel connected to the character. Watch her mourn TJ and Molly’s deceased baby girl. While she copes with this heartache, she will also face a challenging situation with Dante as his ex-wife, Lulu, might wake up from her coma.
Parry Shen Is Coming Back
Meanwhile, Parry Shen will return to the General Hospital cast to reprise his role as Brad. It’s been a while since fans saw Brad, but Shen recently announced his return in a funny Instagram video. Check out the video below to see what Shen was found doing.
Brad was first introduced in 2013, initially portrayed by Marcus Toji for a single episode. Shen took over the role in May of that year and quickly became a fan favorite. When we last saw Brad in March 2023, he was working for his notorious aunt, Selina, after being fired from the hospital. Now that he is planning to return, Brad might look to turn his life around. The former lab manager could apply for a new position as a lab technician.

Later this week, Debbie Matenopoulos, known for co-hosting The View and Home & Family, is set to make a guest appearance. She will appear on the soap as a producer on Home & Heart, interacting with the Deception team.
In the meantime, Amor Owens will continue in the role of FBI Agent Boyle. As Lulu’s condition worsens, Ansuya Nathan will take on the role of Dr. Kitsen, and Lincoln Hoppe will also appear as Dr. Conlon.
