Allison Reveals Summer’s Claws and Love Plans
The Young and the Restless character, Summer, is not afraid to play dirty when necessary. Allison dished on the ongoing plot during an interview with First for Women. “Those old habits definitely come out, and you can see it now with her fiery, sassy personality,” she explained. Moreover, the Y&R actress loves this feisty side of Summer.
She also enjoys the dynamic nature of soap operas. Daytime dramas offer many layers and complications, making them so compelling. Despite Summer’s current low point, there are always positive moments on the horizon for the folks of Genoa City. Lanier pointed out, “We’re not all going to be totally good, and we’re not going to be totally evil either.”
In addition, the journeyed star dished on Summer’s romantic future. She loves working with Michael Mealor and Connor Floyd (Chance Chancellor). Both actors are a riot and keep her laughing on set. Currently, Summer is all in on her romance with Chance, and they seem to be really mature in their relationship. So, it’s a fresh breeze of wind for her after the whole marriage fiasco with Kyle.
